Q. How much is shipping?

A. Original paintings shipped in the U.S. are free. International shipping varies depending on the size of the painting and destination. There is a cost to ship prints and merchandise for both U.S. and international customers. This cost is charged by our third-party shipper.

Q. Do you ship Internationally?

A. Yes. Original paintings and prints can be shipped anywhere in the world.

Q. What method of payment do you accept?

A. We accept all leading credit cards, Shopify Pay, and Paypal on our site. Our checkout process is safe and secure.

 Q. How soon will I get my painting?

A. Typically we ship within three days of receiving your order. Please allow a minimum of three days plus the shipping time from Texas, United States to your location. It can take three days to securely prepare a painting for shipment.

Q. What if I am unhappy with my painting?

A. In the rare case that you're not happy with the painting, please contact us. In certain circumstances we provide a 14 day return policy.

Q. How much will my painting be worth in the future?

A. While it's difficult to place a future value on Doug's paintings, in the past few years interest in Doug's art has been growing significantly, causing the value of Doug's paintings to increase.
